we use a disciplined approach in conducting our searches. In addition to
traditional methods of recruiting from our network within your industry,
your competitors or others (such as trade associations), we also use the
latest in technology to cast a wider net and find the best candidates. We
have a proprietary database of people from within the industry and maintain
excellent long-term relationships with key business leaders. We search
aggressively. For every ONE candidate we submit to a client, we
have typically reviewed hundreds of potential candidates. We never
submit a candidate to a client that does not meet the agreed upon
requirements for the position.
