OUR GUARANTEE

Strategic Search Partners offers guarantee periods depending upon the specific search. Typically, Contingency Searches offer a 60 day replacement guarantee and Retained Search offer a 180 day replacement guarantee. We are committed to building a long term relationship with you and are well known for going above and beyond meeting your expectations.
 

FEES AND EXPENSES 

Most searches are done on a contingent basis, but retained search capability is offered for more senior level positions. Fees are reasonable and competitive and are determined on a case by case basis. Discounts are available to clients who offer the opportunity to work on multiple search assignments where we can work together to make the recruiting process more efficient and cost-effective.
