Frank J. Laux

Frank Laux is the founder and principal of Strategic Search Partners, based in the Dallas-Ft. Worth Metroplex. Strategic Search Partners is an executive search and consulting firm specializing in recruiting Vice-Presidents, Directors and Senior Managers in the Supply Chain and Global Sourcing functional area. In addition the firm works in all functional areas of the consumer products business as well as the Operations, Human Resources, Sales & Marketing functions.

During his career, Frank has held a variety of key positions with Dr Pepper Company, M&M/Mars, Uncle Ben’s Rice and  Nestle. He started his career with Dr Pepper Company as a Plant Controller. He joined M&M/Mars in 1980 and served in various Sales and Marketing roles during his thirteen years with the company.   Frank later served as President of Nestle USA’s Kathryn Beich Division, which had a work force of 700, including 500 plant personnel and 200 in the sales force. During his career in industry, he was personally responsible for the recruiting, training and development of over 450 people in virtually all functional areas for large Fortune 100 companies as well as mid-sized and start-up companies. 

At Strategic Search Partners, he has specialized in the Supply Chain functional area for the past seven years. Client firms include a wide variety of Fortune 500 firms, numerous private equity groups as well as mid sized and smaller entrepreneurial firms.  A sample of some of his recently completed searches include: Vice-President Supply Chain, Director of Operations, Global Sourcing Director, Strategic Sourcing Manager, E-Sourcing Manager, Purchasing Director-Raw Materials, Sourcing Director-Indirect,  CEO/General Manager, Operations Manager, and Logistics Manager, Vice-President Sales & Marketing, Category Manager CPG, Brand Director, COO, Vice-President Operations, Quality Director.
